Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store at the moment as we are operating only as an online store.

 

Where are you based?

We are proudly NZ owned and operated from Auckland.

 

Can I use them while being pregnant?

It is NOT recommended to be worn while pregnant.

 

Can I wear them after giving birth?

Yes, you can but we do advice you to wait a minimum one month before wearing them.

 

What is LIPSTARR?

LIPSTARR is our sister brand and operated by us. LIPSTARR specilises in makeup products which are Vegan Friendly, Cruelty and Alcohol Free.

 

Can Men wear them as well?

Most of our products are unisex however for ease of navigating, we have a separate section for Men.

 

How long should I wear them to be effective?

The longer you wear the more effective it will be. You can even go to the gym with some of them.

 

Can I sleep with it on?

It is NOT recommended to sleep with it on.

 

I chose the wrong size; can I get it returned?

I’m sorry but due to waist trainers being considered an undergarment, it is not allowed to be returned. You can view our full policy at the bottom of this page.

 

Does wearing one make me lose weight?

Waist trainers help you lose weight however it needs to be implemented with good diet and regular exercise.

 

How do waist trainers work?

Waist trainers are designed to compress your stomach and will make you eat less. Sweat belts are designed to increase perspiration in order to lose fat.

 

I got a different item than what was ordered, what should I do?

You can contact us, and we will rectify it immediately.

 

Do you offer free shipping to Australia?

Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide for orders over $150 NZD. You can view standard shipping costs at the bottom of the page.

 

Can I use LIPSTARR makeup if I am Vegan?

All our LIPSTARR branded items are Vegan Friendly, Alcohol and Cruelty Free.
